Export permit for Vehicles, Car, truck, trailer, van, bike, bakkie, ldv.
Vehicle Export Permit is needed for any vehicle exported from South Africa. This export Permit can only be obtained after a Vehicle Police Clearance has been obtained.

Important Notes for a Vehicle Export Permit
1. The Vehicle Export police Clearance must be valid for the time the vehicle Export Permit will be issued.
2. Vehicle Export permits are usually issued for 3 months.
3. If the vehicle is not exported in this period application must be done for a new vehicle export permit with a affidavit from the owner why the vehicle has not been exported.
4. It is important to obtain the vehicle export value as well as the engine size and fuel used.
5. A export code must be obtained from the Department of Customs and Excise.
6. The issue of a Vehicle Export Permit takes at least two working days.
